A:For door handle: 500 sets/style for zinc alloy handle order, 1000 sets/style for aluminum alloy handle order.
For door lock : 2000 sets/style lock body order,1000 sets/set cylinder lock order.
For hinge: 2000 sets/style hinge order.
Q:I am a newer in door hardware business, can I make a tried order?
A:Yes,we can accept sample order less than MOQ, but we need to charge as sample fee.
Q:Is sample charges refundable?
A:yes, we will refund your sample cost after your confirm the order. The cost will reduce on your order amount or refund to your account immidately.
Q:What is your sample delivery time?
A:In normal take 4 days for stock order.
Q:What's your lead time for mass production?
A:40-45 days, depends on designs and order quantity.
Q:Can you add our own logo on product?
A:yes, we can add any logo on the product.
Q:What's your payment terms?
A:1. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance must be paid before shipping.

Q:Can I make mix order?
A:yes, our MOQ is 300 sets/style for zinc alloy door handle and 500 sets/style for aluminum alloy door handle, you can make mix color for your order.
Q:Could you design the door handle for me?
A:Yes, we not only a manfacturer but also a designer. Please let me know your target price, usage, quantity and then we could design the door handle with the right material and sturcture to reach your need. Cause the structure, material, quantity and logo all can affect the price.
If you have designed idea, we can make it possible.
Q:Can I make some change for the packing.
A:Yes, you can make some changes of the packing.
Q:How to place the order?
A:Just let me know your request and then we will quote the price with your details.
After checking the unit price and then pay the sample fee, we make the sample for you to check all details. After checking the sample, place the order.
